treorbis Management Consulting is practice driven, it does not lose itself in purely strategic approaches and we explore challenges over and over again using this as an advantage, implementing it for the benefit of the customer. Our consultants must have several years of experience in a line or project function before working in management consulting. The consultants are committed to our management values to act for the benefit of the customer. This is especially true in the innovation and safety process changes and orientation for all people involved, directly or indirectly.

Based on our experience we know that excessive, non-specifically tailored objectives may already be the first factor for the failure of a change or innovation in a process. treorbis offers the customer its advisory staff, very early on the journey. This allows secure and feasible objectives with clear definitions of estimated costs to be identified.
